H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III is the only Buddha in our world who has been formally recognized as a Buddha according to Buddhist rules. He received the most formal acknowledgements and corroborations and is the first Buddha in history to have received such a large number of acknowledgements and written congratulations from great dharma kings and rinpoches of the highest order in the world.
